Nixon is conveniently located at the crossroads of State Highways 87 & 80.
We are close enough to San Antonio and Austin to enjoy the benefits of a large city, 
but far enough away to enjoy the quiet small-town life.
Many families have left much larger towns to move to Nixon where they can enjoy exceptional schools, 
affordable housing, low crime rates and friendly neighbors.
